Welcome to SECUREONIX – A Brand of Camrakshak (OPC) Private Limited.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website, CCTV training programs, online learning content, offline practical training, live classes, recorded videos, certificates, course materials, and related services.

By registering, purchasing a course, creating an account, or accessing our training services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Training Services

SECUREONIX provides CCTV and security-technology training that may include subjects such as:

  • CCTV fundamentals

  • Analog HD CCTV systems

  • IP CCTV systems

  • DVR and NVR configuration

  • Camera installation and configuration

  • CCTV networking

  • IP addressing

  • PoE networking

  • Remote viewing

  • Router configuration

  • CCTV troubleshooting

  • ONVIF and RTSP

  • Wireless/CPE networking

  • Storage and HDD concepts

  • CCTV maintenance

  • Practical installation techniques

  • Other security and networking technologies

Actual modules and course contents may change as technology and training requirements evolve.

2. Course Fees

SECUREONIX now offers four course levels. The amounts below apply to the flagship Professional CCTV Technician & Networking Course; Basic, Advanced and Networking Specialist courses have separate lower fees displayed on the Enroll Now page:

Online CCTV Training: ₹8,000

Offline CCTV Training: ₹10,000

Applicable taxes are included where expressly stated during registration.

SECUREONIX may revise course fees for future registrations without affecting a completed purchase.

3. Payment

Course registration is confirmed only after successful payment and any required registration verification.

Payments may be accepted through methods made available by SECUREONIX, including payment gateway, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

Students should make payments only through payment instructions officially provided by SECUREONIX.

4. Online Course Access

Online training may include recorded lessons and live sessions.

Where lifetime access is included with a course, “lifetime” refers to continued access to the purchased course while that course and the applicable SECUREONIX course-delivery service remain operational and available, subject to these Terms.

Lifetime access does not mean that SECUREONIX is required to operate a particular website, application, hosting provider, LMS, technology, or course indefinitely.

Where reasonably practicable, we may migrate students to an alternative platform if the course-delivery technology changes.

5. Student Account

Each registration and student account is for one individual student only.

Students must not:

  • Share usernames or passwords

  • Allow another person to use their account

  • Sell or transfer course access

  • Copy or redistribute paid training materials

  • Record restricted training without authorization

  • Upload course videos to social media or other websites

  • Resell SECUREONIX course material

  • Circumvent website or LMS security

  • Attempt unauthorized downloads of protected material

SECUREONIX may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of piracy, account sharing, fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or serious misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SECUREONIX’s original course videos, presentations, diagrams, documents, practical demonstrations, graphics, training materials, course structures, branding, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to SECUREONIX/Camrakshak (OPC) Private Limited.

Purchasing a course gives the student a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the provided material for their own learning.

It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

7. Recording and Redistribution

Students may not record, reproduce, screen-record, photograph for redistribution, republish, upload, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected training content without written permission.

Unauthorized redistribution may result in account termination and appropriate legal action.

8. Live Training

Live-session dates and times may occasionally change due to trainer availability, technical issues, holidays, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where practicable, students will be informed of material schedule changes.

Missing a live session does not automatically entitle a student to a refund.

9. Offline Practical Training

Students attending physical training must comply with reasonable safety instructions and training-center rules.

CCTV training may involve electrical equipment, ladders, tools, networking equipment, power supplies, cables, batteries, and other technical hardware.

Students must follow trainer instructions and should not perform unsafe electrical or installation work.

10. Certificate

Certificates may be provided in printed and/or digital format according to the applicable course package.

Issuance may be subject to requirements such as:

  • Registration completion

  • Required attendance

  • Course completion

  • Practical participation

  • Assessment, where applicable

  • Compliance with training rules

A course-completion certificate represents completion of the applicable SECUREONIX training program. It must not be represented as a government licence, statutory qualification, or government certification unless the particular program is expressly authorized or recognized as such.

11. Employment and Income Disclaimer

Completing a SECUREONIX course does not guarantee:

  • Employment

  • Government employment

  • Placement

  • Particular salary

  • Business income

  • Customer acquisition

  • Government licence

  • Tender eligibility

  • Professional accreditation

Training is intended to develop practical knowledge and technical skills.

Individual results depend on factors including skill, practice, experience, market conditions, and personal effort.

12. Technical Information Disclaimer

CCTV, networking, electrical, cybersecurity, and surveillance technologies change over time.

Although we aim to provide useful and accurate practical training, specific menus, firmware, features, compatibility, laws, manufacturer requirements, and procedures may change.

Students should follow current manufacturer documentation and applicable laws when working on actual installations.

13. CCTV Privacy and Legal Compliance

Students are responsible for ensuring that CCTV systems they install, configure, operate, or maintain comply with applicable privacy, surveillance, workplace, property, cybersecurity, and other legal requirements.

SECUREONIX training must not be used for unauthorized surveillance, unlawful access, privacy violations, or other illegal activities.

14. Third-Party Products

Training may demonstrate or discuss CCTV equipment, networking products, software, applications, and services from third-party manufacturers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references are for educational purposes and do not imply sponsorship, partnership, authorization, or endorsement.

Third-party products and services are governed by their respective providers’ terms.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Students should review that policy before purchasing a course.

16. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable website and course access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting problems, software updates, internet failures, cyber incidents, platform changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Fraudulent payment

  • Account sharing

  • Course piracy

  • Unauthorized redistribution

  • Serious misconduct

  • Security attacks

  • Abuse of our systems

  • Material violation of these Terms

Termination for serious misuse may be without refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SECUREONIX/Camrakshak (OPC) Private Limited will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the student’s use or misuse of training information, third-party equipment, external platforms, or independently performed CCTV installation work.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Changes to Courses or Terms

We may update course materials, modules, website functionality, policies, and these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction requirements, disputes relating to these Terms or SECUREONIX training services will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
